- 45 hours for those workers who not applied probationary period

- Understanding of Korean culture
- Understanding of Employment Permit System
- Basic training such as industrial safety
- Education by industry
Preliminary Training institutes
- Preliminary Training can be conducted at public institutes run by national budget and under the administration of government ministry
- Training institutes is approved by Korean MOL among the organization recommended by sending country
